I created an Organization but cannot use it#

A new Organization cannot be selected or used to record the Catalog until a Structly administrator verifies it. Check its verification with 인증 상태 새로고침 (Refresh verification status) in the Web UI or the verification_status in stly org list. Catalog requests for an Organization waiting for verification return HTTP 403 ORGANIZATION_UNVERIFIED.

I forgot my password#

Password reset is not available. If you are still logged in, you can change to a new password from the user menu → 비밀번호 변경 (Change password).

I did not receive a sign-up confirmation email#

Structly does not send sign-up confirmation emails. You are logged in right after you sign up.

I get an error asking me to log in#

If there is no saved login, stly does not send the request and ends with a CLI_CONFIG error (exit code 2). Log in with stly auth login.

I get 401 UNAUTHENTICATED#

Your login has expired or is no longer valid. A Web session with 로그인 상태 유지 (Keep me signed in) selected and an stly login expire 30 days after the last activity. A Web session without that option ends when the browser closes and expires on the server 24 hours after the last activity; browser session restore may restore it after the browser was closed. Log in again in the Web UI or run stly auth login. Use stly auth status to check the credentials and server address stly is using.

I get 409 ORGANIZATION_REQUIRED#

No current Organization is selected. Find the ID of a verified Organization with stly org list and select it with stly org select <id>. The hints in the error contain the commands to run.

I get 412 PRECONDITION_FAILED#

Another change was saved after you looked up the entry. Look up the detail again to check the latest values and the new etag, then edit again. For the full steps, see Concurrent edit conflicts.

I get an error saying --if-match is required#

Edits and deletes need the etag from a detail lookup. The value includes the double quotes, so wrap it in single quotes, as in --if-match '"…"'.

The Web UI and stly have different current Organizations#

The Web UI and stly remember the current Organization separately. Select the Organization you want in each. If STRUCTLY_AGENT_TOKEN is set, stly uses the token's Organization.

stly org list fails because of a token#

User-only commands do not run when STRUCTLY_AGENT_TOKEN is set. Unset the token or add --auth-mode user.

stly sends requests to a different server#

stly chooses the server address from the --server option, then the STRUCTLY_API_URL environment variable, then .env.local in the current directory, and uses https://api.structly.io if none is set. Check the actual server address in the origin of stly auth status.

The result says outcome: unknown#

A timeout or connection error kept stly from confirming the result of the write. The request may have been applied, so look up the same entry to check its current state, and run the command again only if needed.
